I picked the WRONG school 😭‼️
My high school did NOT prepare me for college at ALL. 🚫 The only thing we ever did that was college related was the ACT and attend small little college fairs that only included colleges in our area, which are mainly 2-year colleges or just not good schools in general. 😞 I fell into this trap because my major is sort of unique and only available at certain colleges, one of them being my state college. 🔱 My major is offered online through this college, so I thought I hit the jackpot. 🎰 Boy, was I wrong. It has been nothing but problems after problems, and I can't take it anymore. I'm also sick of living in the town I'm in, and don't want to be restricted to solely attending classes on zoom or yellowdig. 💻 When I was doing my CommonApp, the very last college I applied for accepted me, and so now I'm really tempted on transferring there. However, it's across the country, and it'll be hard for me to adjust to this new life, especially as a transfer student during the second semester of freshman year. I will have missed out on basically everything that jumpstarts your college career, such as making new friends, attending parties, homecoming, etc. 🎉 I will feel lost and alone, but this university is literally my calling. Plus the campus which I will attend classes will be only 6 years old!! 🔬That's what I'm most excited about. I just wish I would've committed to this university a lot sooner, and had the proper guidance regarding making a college decision. 👩🏻🦯 Because of this, I have also lost out on $68,000 in scholarships from the university... LITERALLY! 🥲

I chose a really expensive school bc only 2 instate schools have accredited interior design programs(accreditation is a requirement to get certified after school) and now I'm leaving interior design in the past and going to try the tech school near where I live after I figure out what I wanna do
