「宇都宮ジャンボ餃子」で探している人に向けて、私が行ってみて感じた“事前に知っておくと安心なポイント”をまとめます。 まず、店名からして気になる「生意気餃子」は、いわゆる観光地ど真ん中の餃子専門店というより“地元の食堂”感が強め。なので、ジャンボ餃子目当てでも、定食でお腹いっぱいになれるのが魅力でした。私が頼んだ肉野菜炒め定食（850円）は、野菜が山盛りで「これ本当に1人前？」って一瞬止まる量。豚肉の旨みもあって、ご飯が進む味付けでした。さらに食後のコーヒーが付くのが地味にうれしくて、満腹のままホッと一息つけました。 肝心の“ジャンボ餃子”は、店内の雰囲気的にも「次は絶対頼もう」と思わせる看板メニュー。情報としては“通常の2倍サイズ”のもちもち皮が特徴とのこと。ボリューム系って重たいイメージがあるけど、野菜中心で軽やかに食べやすいタイプらしいので、ジャンボでも意外とペロッといけそうだなと思いました。初訪問なら、定食＋餃子を追加する場合はご飯の量を調整したり、シェア前提で頼むのが安全だと思います（定食だけでも結構な満腹感でした）。 あと、行く前に知っておきたいのが混雑と駐車場。満席時は相席になることもあるみたいで、ゆっくり静かに食べたい人はピークを外すのがおすすめ。駐車場は縦列で4台までとのことで、詰めて停める必要がありそうでした。車で行くなら、時間に余裕を持つか、近くのコインパーキングも一応調べておくと安心です。 「宇都宮でジャンボ餃子を食べたい＋コスパ良く満腹になりたい」なら、かなり刺さるお店だと思います。次回は焼き餃子（ジャンボ）をメインに、週替わり定食もあったのでそれも合わせてチェックしてみる予定です。
