I ordered Okinawa Soki soba and yaeyama Soki soba.
Okinawa Soki soba was chewy noodles, yaeyama Soki soba was a little thin noodles and enjoyed a completely different taste.

私も益子町の「おきなわの杜」に訪れた際、とても温かい沖縄の雰囲気に包まれて心が和みました。店内にはシーサーが迎えてくれて、まるで沖縄の民家にいるようなリラックスした空間が広がっていました。 沖縄ソーキそばは、もちもちした太めの麺が特徴的で、口に含むとスープの優しい鰹だしの旨みがじんわりと広がり、ホロホロに煮込まれたソーキと絶妙に絡み合います。一方、八重山ソーキそばは細麺で、軽やかな食感かつしっかりした味わいを楽しめて、違う麺の食感で飽きずに味わえました。 料理に使われている黒糖やかりんとうも女将さん厳選のもので、店内のお土産コーナーで購入でき、自宅でも本格的な沖縄の甘味を楽しめるのも嬉しいポイントです。また、女将さん自ら料理や材料の使い方を気さくに教えてくださり、訪れた人との距離感が近く、家庭的なおもてなしの心を感じました。 ランチ営業のみでボリュームも満点なので、益子町で沖縄料理をゆっくり楽しみたい方にぴったりです。火曜・水曜が定休日なので訪問の際は注意してください。美味しい沖縄ソーキそばとともに、ほっとする温かい時間も味わえるお店としておすすめです。
