Tteokbokki is not as spicy as it looks and is easy to eat.

かしわだいにんぐでは、100種類を超えるメニューが揃っており、石焼ビビンバのおこげの香ばしさや、サムギョプサルなどの質の高い肉料理も楽しめます。私が訪れた際には、店内の仕切りで個室感覚の掘りごたつ席に案内され、とてもリラックスした雰囲気で食事ができました。 特に驚いたのは、韓国伝統の味を守りつつも、みりんや日本酒を隠し味に用いて日本人の口に合うように辛さや旨みを絶妙に調整している点です。辛さが苦手な方でもトッポキの甘辛い味わいは食べやすく、ビビンバは自分でお好みの量のコチュジャンを加えて調整する楽しみもあります。 またランチタイムはボリューム満点でコスパ良好。土日祝日も同様に営業しているため、休日のお出かけランチにぴったりです。地元の方々に愛されている理由が納得できるサービスの丁寧さと清潔感のある落ち着いた空間も魅力的でした。 予約が可能なので、混雑が予想される時期には事前連絡をおすすめします。私自身も予約して訪れたことでスムーズに席につくことができ、ゆったり料理を楽しめました。宇都宮で本格的な韓国料理を味わいたい方にぜひ訪れてほしいお店です。
