chilling in class yesterday
Taking time to chill in class can sometimes be viewed as unproductive, but from my experience, it actually helps reset my mind and improves my overall day. When you’re surrounded by the usual classroom hustle—lectures, note-taking, and constant engagement—stepping back for a moment to relax can be a breath of fresh air.
