水戸ドライブインの魅力は、なんといってもおじいちゃんが一人で切り盛りしているところ。昔ながらのあたたかい接客に癒されました。 料理は定食スタイルで、写真のように生姜焼きがメイン。濃すぎず、家庭的な味付けがほっとします。千切りキャベツや味噌汁、漬物もしっかり付いて、栄養バランスも抜群。特にご飯の盛りが多めで、お腹いっぱいになります。 訪れた際は、テレビやYouTubeで紹介されていた理由がよくわかりました。懐かしい味を求めて地元の人にも愛されている素敵なお店です。ぜひまた訪れたいと思います。
