It was only a short time, but it started with Andersen s bread story and Hana bloomed in each other s country story. Looking at their shining smiles, I felt that this bakery in Hiroshima is like a magnet that attracts people all over the world. Delicious bread is a common language that transcends borders, and like bread branded with Andersen s HIROSHIMA, this shop itself may be sending a message of peace and warmth to the world. The moment when we shared our food culture through bread and shared our hearts in just a few minutes of conversation. I felt once again that Hiroshima Andersen Main Store is not just a place to sell bread, but a special intersection that creates unexpected joy and international bonds.

広島アンデルセン本店は「パンを買うだけ」のつもりでも、つい長居してしまう場所でした。パン売り場に入ると香りが強くて、まず視界に飛び込んできたのが「HIROSHIMA」の焼印が入った大きなパン。観光の記念にもなるし、手土産にも話題になるので、迷ったらこれをチェックしてみてほしいです。 私が気になっていたのはランチ。店内でよく検索されている「パン・オ・トラディショネル」のランチメニューは、パンが主役で、食べ比べ気分が味わえるのが魅力だと思いました。がっつり系というより“パンの香りや食感を楽しむ”タイプなので、カフェ感覚で入りたい人に合います。パンの種類が多い日ほど選ぶ時間も楽しいので、ランチ前後に売り場も一周するのがおすすめです。 アンデルセンのパンメニューは定番系から季節限定っぽいものまで幅広く、何を買うか迷ったら「食事パン（ハード系）＋甘いパンを1つ」の組み合わせにすると満足度が高かったです。家に帰ってからも、軽くトーストすると香りが戻って“お店の余韻”が続きました。 甘いもの派なら、アンデルセンのケーキメニュー（パティスリー系）も要チェック。ショーケースを眺めているだけで気分が上がるので、パンと一緒に1個だけでも買うと贅沢感があります。食後に店内で食べるか、持ち帰りにするかで選び方も変わるので、保冷や持ち歩き時間は先に考えておくと安心です。 あと意外と検索されているのが「アンデルセンの紙袋」。実際、紙袋がしっかりしていて、持って歩いても“いい店で買った感”が出るのがうれしいポイントでした。焼印パンみたいに大きめのパンを買うときは、袋のサイズ感や持ち手の安定感もありがたいです。 パン・ランチ・ケーキまで全部そろうので、広島アンデルセン本店は観光の途中に寄っても満足しやすいと思います。次は時間を作って、ランチ→パン購入→ケーキで締め、の流れをもう一度やりたいです。
