My high school son's lunch box is a sandwich every day.
It's a holiday, but it's a mock exam, so I made a lunch box (^_^) v

I went to my mother-in-law's grave cleaning from early morning (^_^;)
Because it is a grave deep in the mountains, there is still snow around the time of the spring equinox, so I clean the grave every year at this time 🧹
Somehow, there is still snow left, but this region had less snow in winter, so there was no snow this year f(^_^)
There were few weeds, but there were a lot of clams growing around the grave wwwwww
Even though it hadn't grown until now, it's already a splendid asatsuki (ﾟ ε ﾟ;)
My mother-in-law said, "It's a waste, if you eat this, it will be delicious," but please refrain from eating what grows around the tombstone... ('-ω-)
The ingredients for the sandwich are cheese, beef slices and onions boiled sweet and salty, lettuce bread with mustard on one side.

毎日高校生の息子のお弁当にサンドイッチを作り続けることは意外と工夫とアイデアが必要です。特に今回は祝日で模試の日、いつもと違う特別なメニューにしたいと思い、チーズと牛小間切れ肉を甘辛く煮た牛丼風の具材をサンドイッチに取り入れました。パンの一方にはマスタードを塗ることで程よいアクセントと風味を加え、レタスのシャキシャキ感が食感のバランスを整えてくれます。この組み合わせは、濃厚なチーズとしっかり味付けされた牛肉、マスタードの ピリッとした刺激が見事に調和し、飽きのこない味わいに仕上がりました。 早朝から義母の実家の山奥にあるお墓掃除に行きましたが、春のお彼岸の頃はまだ雪が残ることが多いのに、今年は雪もなく快適でした。周囲にはアサツキという薬味になる植物がたくさん生えていて、その力強い生命力を感じ、自然の恵みに感謝しながら料理に活かせたらと思いました。料理に欠かせない保存袋の活用も忘れず、冷凍保存まで考えた便利なキッチン用品は毎日のサンドイッチ作りで大活躍しています。 忙しい朝でも手間をかけず、栄養バランスも考えたサンドイッチ弁当は高校生男子の元気な一日に欠かせません。牛丼風の具材は冷めても美味しく食べられる点がポイントで、おかずの茹で玉子とともに満足感のある昼食になります。こうした毎日の小さな工夫が、息子の食事の楽しみになっていると感じています。皆さんもぜひ試してみてください！
