My moto ever single day…..

I feel like whenever I do something people look at me and judge and just say oh why this, why that. Not for my body not because they’re “jealous” not because they don’t like me. They just do. And when i constantly feel the pressure and pain to go ten steps farther than everyone in school, in sports, and just in life I feel depressed and like I’m being pushed into the ground. Like I’m not enough for anyone to even like me. And when then I go down a rabbit hole of why do my friends like me and do they like me. I’ve been trying to work on self confidence but idk if that honestly the problem. I’m not sure. Ik people say well your putting to much pressure on yourself, but that’s not it. I feel like I need to be successful in everything I do or I’m going to disappoint my self. And that’s a feeling I really don’t like. If I don’t do good at soccer and my parents weren’t even there I think oh they would have been mad or they would have been disappointed in me. I’m not sure why I think that beacuse they are so supportive. And right now I just feel alone and depressed. Like I can’t do anything right or half way decent. And like I still need to be ten steps ahead of everyone and even my own life. So basically I just try every day to get out of the hate, the judgment, the doubt, and the fear that people will think I’m not enough or that they will think why is she even on this earth if she’s useless. So I try to get out of it every…. Singe…..day

I have experienced times when I felt invisible, doubted by those around me, and trapped by my own harsh expectations. The powerful motto I keep close — "If people are doubting how far you can go, go so far that you can’t hear them anymore" — reminds me that the only validation I truly need comes from within. One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is understanding that needing to be perfect isn’t the real enemy; it’s the fear of disappointing not just others, but myself. Through reflection and reaching out for support, I’ve learned that feeling alone or depressed is not a sign of weakness but an invitation to care for myself better. I remind myself every day that my parents’ love and support don’t depend on my accomplishments, even when my mind tries to tell me otherwise. Taking small steps like journaling my feelings, focusing on personal progress rather than comparison, and practicing self-compassion have helped me gradually silence the negative voices. I’ve found that being "ten steps ahead" doesn’t mean being perfect; it means being resilient and kind to myself despite imperfections. For anyone struggling with similar emotions of doubt or pressure, know that your worth isn’t tied to trophies or grades. It’s okay to feel vulnerable and ask for help. Surround yourself with people who lift you up, and remember that growth is a process. Every day is a new chance to move past fear, judgment, and self-criticism — and step into a life where you can thrive just as you are.
