検索している人が気になるのは「結局、何のご利益？」「御朱印やお守りはある？」「境内はどんな感じ？」あたりだと思うので、私が参拝したときの体感で補足します。 於岩稲荷田宮神社は、四谷の住宅地の中にあって本当にコンパクト。大きな観光地みたいな派手さはないけれど、石造りの鳥居をくぐった瞬間に空気がすっと変わる感じがありました。木々が多くて、手水舎も緑に囲まれていて静か。短い滞在でも気持ちが整うタイプの神社だと思います。 ご利益については、案内でもよく見かける「家内安全」「商売繁盛」「芸道上達」が中心。四谷怪談を演じる役者さんが、舞台前に参拝する話が有名なのも納得で、“芸事のお参り先”としての雰囲気がありました。「縁切り」で検索する人も多いですが、私の印象だと“誰かを落とす”方向よりも、悪縁や不調を断って立て直す＝身の回りを整える祈りのほうがしっくりきます（感じ方には個人差はあります）。 境内で印象に残ったのは、掲示板や案内板が充実しているところ。「四谷怪談お岩ゆかりの地」としての説明だけでなく、伝説・由緒、そして“実在のお岩は貞女の鑑”のような切り口の記事も貼られていて、読み始めると止まらないです。参拝だけで終わらせず、ぜひ数分立ち止まって見てほしいポイント。 それから、井戸。通常は見られないこともあるみたいですが、私が行ったときは見せてもらえる機会があり、石で囲まれた深い井戸を間近で見ました。写真で見るより迫力があって、怖いというより「ここが生活の場だったんだな」と実感が湧く感じ。気になる人は、公開状況や拝観方法を現地で確認すると安心です。 御朱印やお守りは、時期や対応日で変わることがあるので要注意。私は“コラボ系の御朱印”はタイミングが合わずいただけませんでした。確実に欲しい人は、授与所の開いている時間や頒布状況を事前にチェックしてから行くのがおすすめです。 行き方の流れとしては、陽運寺とセットで歩くと満足度が高いです。さらに体力があれば須賀神社の階段（「君の名は。」の聖地として有名）も近いので、四谷の“物語のある場所巡り”として一日コースにしやすいと思います。暑い日は無理せず、休憩と水分を多めに。小さな神社だからこそ、静けさを楽しめる時間帯（午前中など）に行くのもおすすめです。
