まパンは近所の隠れたパン屋さんとして地元で愛されています。私も何度か足を運び、特に好きなのは2種のオリーブとレッドチェダーチーズが効いたパン。夕方には人気で品薄になることも多いので、午前中の訪問がおすすめです。 ハードパンやクロワッサンジャンボン、塩バターパンなど、どれも手作りの味わいが深く、大変満足感があります。まパンの特徴的な食パンには可愛らしいロゴが押されており、見た目にも楽しいです。また、購入時にいただいたカンパーニュの試食は、しっとりとした食感と香ばしい風味で新たな発見でした。 夕飯には冷凍グラタンとカプレーゼを用意し、私のお気に入りの「よつ葉のなめらかクリームチーズ」をたっぷり塗ってパン祭りを開催。北海道十勝産のクリームチーズは、本当に塗りやすくてなめらかな質感が特徴で、後味が爽やか。シンプルな塩バターパンとも相性抜群です。余っていた温泉卵を添えることで、コクと食べ応えもアップします。 店員さんの柔らかい物腰と丁寧な対応も印象に残り、居心地のよいパン屋さんです。次回はまだ試したことのない種類にも挑戦したいと思います。地元のパン屋を応援しつつ、毎日の食卓を豊かにしてくれるまパンの魅力をぜひ味わってみてください。
