アマゾン展inまるひろ川越店の夜のイベントに行った経験から、懐中電灯を片手に普段は見られない夜の生き物たちの様子をじっくり観察できるのがとても新鮮で印象的でした。午後4時以降に会場内の照明が落とされ、まるでジャングルの真夜中にいるようなワクワク感があります。 私が最も興味を引かれたのは、グリーンバジリスクやレッドテグーなどのトカゲ類が昼間とは違い落ち着いて寝ている姿です。普段の活動的な様子とは異なり、寝姿のかわいらしさに心が和みました。ピラニアナッテリーの餌やりタイムは見られませんでしたが、その分他の展示に集中できて良かったです。 特に魅力的なのがカメレオンのふれあい写真館。自分の腕にカメレオンが登ってくる感触は、かつてのペットとの思い出を蘇らせてくれます。触り心地や重みがまさに本物の生き物ならではの感動で、リアルな動物との触れ合いの良さを実感できました。 また、会場ではディズニー映画「ラプンツェル」のキャラクター・パスカルの人気もあり、子供たちが写真を撮りたがっている姿が微笑ましかったです。子ども連れで訪れても楽しめる工夫がいっぱいで、家族の良い思い出作りにぴったりのイベントです。 ただし、夜間モードの照明が暗めで動物の説明が読みづらかったため、見やすい案内板があるとさらに楽しめると思いました。今後訪れる方は懐中電灯を使ってじっくり動物を観察してみてください。 この夏、アマゾンの神秘的な世界に触れる特別な体験として、まるひろ川越店のアマゾン展はおすすめです。入場料は大人500円（中学生以上）で、午後4時以降にお得に入場することもできるので、ぜひチェックして足を運んでみてください。
