私の経験から言うと、パワハラや職場いじめは一部の人だけの問題ではなく、環境全体の問題と して考えるべきだと感じます。 この会社では、社長から直接渡された14項目にも及ぶ苦情や批判の書かれた紙があり、仕事への態度や服装、人間関係に関する内容がびっしり書かれていました。正直、私自身も心当たりのない指摘も多く、何度訂正しても「火のない所に煙は立たない」と一蹴されました。こんな理不尽は初めて経験しました。 職場にはいわゆる「お局風」の女性もいて、彼女たちの影響で多くの社員が辞めていく様子を見て、自分も次の標的になるのかと不安でいっぱいでした。誰かが辞めるたびにまた新しいターゲットが生まれる、まさに悪循環の職場環境でした。 しかし、私が続ける理由の一つはオープンから参加していた店に対する愛着でした。自分なりに気をつけ、職場の空気を少しでも良くしようと努力しましたが、根本的な問題は解決せず、精神的なストレスが限界に達しました。 そんなとき、夫が「そんな会社のために自分を苦しめる必要はない。今すぐ辞めなさい」と励ましてくれたことが、退職を決意する大きな後押しになりました。この経験を通じて、働く喜びや職場の人間関係の大切さを改めて実感しています。 今後同じような経験をする方には、自分の心身を第一に考え、無理な時は勇気を持って環境を変えることをお勧めします。パワハラやいじめに負けず、働く場を自分にとってより良い場所に変えていきましょう。
