I ruined my $600 hair and I don’t regret it
Outward expression has always been something I’ve LOVED. I just spend so much time and energy into having it this natural color, and I was getting so much genuine positive feedback on it. But I never really felt confident in it. I felt disconnected to my hair. Color was missing from my life. So many people do this with makeup, but the older I get, the more makeup gives me sensory issues or breakouts. I just couldn’t keep up. Outfits ? So hard to really put expression into them when it’s 100 degrees outside with 98% humidity. But hair ? I feel so amazing walking with neon colors, stripes, coon tails, shaved designs. It wouldn’t matter if I was in pajamas ( I usually am ), I’m confident like this. All it took to boost my confidence was doing something crazy with my hair ! I’ve never felt better than in the last few months
