Daisen: The highest peak in the Chugoku region. The mountains colored with autumn leaves are a superb view and recommended for driving.
Mitokusan Sanbutsu-ji Temple: Known for the National Treasure and Nagaredo Hall built on a cliff, the scenery with autumn leaves is spectacular.
Tottori Hana Corridor: You can take a leisurely stroll through the autumn Hana and the vast garden.

Tottori Sand Dunes: There are few people in winter, and you can enjoy the fantastic scenery of the sand dunes in the clear air.
Kaike Onsen: This hot spring resort overlooks the Sea of Japan, and in winter you can enjoy the hot spring while watching the snow and the sea.
Mizuki Shigeru Road: It is a popular spot with bronze statues of yokai, and you can enjoy walking in winter.

鳥取県の秋冬旅行は、自然美と歴史、温泉、グルメが融合した魅力溢れる旅となります。私も実際に秋の紅葉シーズンに大山を訪れましたが、山頂付近の鮮やかな赤や黄色のグラデーションは、写真以上の感動がありました。特に三徳山三佛寺の投入堂は、断崖絶壁に建つ国宝の秘境感があり、紅葉と相まって心に残る風景でした。 冬の鳥取砂丘は、人が少なく静寂の中で移ろう自然の美しさを味わえます。冷たい空気のおかげで景色も一段とクリアで、幻想的な白銀の砂丘は感動そのもの。さらに皆生温泉では雪見風呂を楽しみながら日本海を眺め、心身ともにリフレッシュできました。 また、鳥取の冬グルメも見逃せません。松葉ガニは身が引き締まり甘みがあり、二十世紀梨は甘酸っぱさが食欲をそそります。牛骨ラーメンはこってりし過ぎず、冬の体を温めてくれる一杯です。 アクセスについては、私は時間を優先して羽田空港からの直行便を利用。わずか約2時間で鳥取駅に到着し、旅の開始がスムーズでした。新幹線＋特急は景色を楽しみながらゆっくり移動したい方におすすめです。 鳥取県は60代の方も多く訪れる温泉地としても知られ、歴史と文化を感じつつ心身のリフレッシュに最適な秋冬の旅先だと実感しました。初めての方も、ぜひこの時期ならではの魅力を堪能してください。
