「沼津で生しらす丼っていつが食べどき？」「生桜えびを食べられるところは？」と迷ってる人向けに、私が沼津港で朝ごはんを食べた時の“選び方”と“当日の動き方”を補足します。 まず、生しらすは天候（海の状況）で提供が左右されやすい印象でした。行く前にお店のSNSや電話で「今日は生しらすありますか？」って聞くと、空振りが減ります。逆に、釜揚げしらすは比較的安定して出会えるので、「絶対しらす丼を食べたい」なら“生がなければ釜揚げに切り替える”前提で予定を組むと気持ちがラクでした。 生桜えびも同じで、いつでも必ず…というより「出会えたらラッキー」枠。私が食べた“生桜えびと生しらす丼”は、ピンク色の生桜えびと透明感のある生しらすがどっさりで、ネギと生姜がしっかり効いて生臭さを感じにくかったです。初めての人ほど、生姜＆醤油でまず一口、そのあと好みで醤油を足す食べ方がおすすめ。いきなりかけすぎると、せっかくの甘みが隠れちゃいます。 「沼津港で朝海鮮丼」を狙うなら、個人的には早めの時間が動きやすいです。6:00オープンのお店もあるので、到着→港の駐車場→朝ごはん、の流れにすると混雑前に座れる確率が上がりました。駐車場なし表記のお店も多いので、最初から沼津港の共用駐車場を使うつもりで行くとスムーズです。 お店選びで迷ったら、「生しらす＋生桜えびの両方が食べたい」「定食っぽく味噌汁や卵焼きも欲しい」「座敷で落ち着いて食べたい」みたいに条件を決めると決断が早いです。ふみ野は、丼だけじゃなく味噌汁・卵焼きなどが付いて“朝食感”が強かったのが良かったポイント。 最後に、同じ“沼津港の海鮮丼”でも、にし与丼のように名物系で並ぶお店もあるので、時間重視なら開店直後、観光気分なら行列込みで…と優先順位を決めると満足度が上がります。私は「朝から確実においしい生しらす丼を食べる」を優先して、結果大正解でした。
