「ミッションベイって今もやってる？閉店したの？」と気になって検索する人が多そうだったので、私が行ったときの体感も含めて補足します。結論から言うと、少なくとも訪問時は普通に営業していて、店内も雑貨スペースも人の出入りがありました。とはいえ、営業時間や定休日は変更になることがあるので、遠方から行く場合は電話で営業状況を確認してから向かうのが安心です（「ミッションベイ 沼津 閉店」で出てくる不安もこれでだいぶ減るはず）。 「沼津 カフェ パンケーキ」で探している人には、ここは“ふわふわの厚焼き”というより、オーブンで焼き上げるダッチベイビーの“薄いのにもっちり”が刺さると思います。粉糖がしっかりかかっていて、中央のアイスがじわっと溶けて生地に絡むのが最高。さらにレモンを絞ると甘さがキュッと締まって、最後まで飽きずに食べられました。味変が前提みたいに楽しめるのが、普通のパンケーキと違うポイントです。 アクセス面も補足すると、沼津駅から車で約9分＋駐車場ありはかなり助かりました。カフェ巡りって、駅近だと混みやすいけど、ここは少しドライブ気分で行ける距離感。店内はソファー席・テーブル席・カウンター席があって、明るくてグリーンが映える落ち着いた空間なので、ひとりでも入りやすい雰囲気でした。 あと地味にうれしいのが、雑貨店が併設されているところ。食後にふらっと見て回れるので、「カフェだけだと滞在が短くなっちゃう」って人にも合います。器や植物、インテリア系が好きなら待ち時間も退屈しにくいです。 次に行くなら、スイーツ系だけじゃなくてタコスやベーコントマト系のダッチベイビー（食事系）も試したいと思っています。同じ“ダッチベイビー”でもトッピングで印象が変わりそうなので、甘い→しょっぱいのハシゴ目的でリピートするのもありでした。
