私が「沼津で有名なアップルパイ」を探してたどり着いたのが、THE BLUE WATER（ザ ブルーウォーター）。沼津駅から近くて行きやすいのに、川沿いの開放感がしっかり味わえるのが嬉しいポイントでした。 名物の特製アップルパイは、まず見た目がインスタ映え。バニラアイスとベリーソースがたっぷりで、写真を撮るなら窓際席やテラス席が特におすすめです。自然光が入る時間帯だと、ベリーの赤がよりきれいに出ました。甘さは思ったより控えめで、酸味が効くベリーソースにすると最後まで食べ疲れしにくい印象。サクサクのパイ生地をフォークで割る瞬間も気持ちよくて、“食感目的”でも頼む価値ありです。 「沼津のおしゃれカフェ」で探している人向けに、席選びのコツも。店内は天井が高めで、観葉植物やヴィンテージ風の小物が多くて落ち着く雰囲気。カフェ利用なら、景色が見える側の席を早めに確保すると満足度が上がります。テラス席は気候が良い日は最高ですが、風がある日は羽織りがあると安心。私は季節の変わり目に行ったので、店内→テラスを少しだけ、みたいに使い分けました。 食事メニューも気になる人は、「the blue water 沼津 メニュー（パスタ・ピザ）」系で調べると思うので補足。デザートだけじゃなく、しっかりごはんに寄せても使いやすいお店だと感じました。迷ったら、まずドリンク＋アップルパイでカフェタイムを楽しんで、次はランチや夜にパスタ・ピザ狙いで再訪、という流れが個人的におすすめです。 アクセス面では駐車場ありなのが助かりました。支払いはキャッシュレス対応もある一方でカード不可なので、念のため現金も用意しておくと安心。沼津駅近くで“景色が良くて写真も撮れて、アップルパイもちゃんと美味しい”カフェを探しているなら、候補に入れて損なしです。
