静岡県浜松市中央区葵西にある『絹腰うどんの五十八』は、地元で評判のうどん店です。私も何度か訪れていますが、特に印象に残っているのは「カモネギカレーうどん」です。写真で見ると和風だしのような透き通ったスープで、最初はカレーうどんと意識が合わず驚きました。しかし一口飲むと、控えめな辛さに香り高いスパイスが感じられ、食べ進めるうちにクセになる味わいが広がります。 この店のうどんはコシが強く、もちもちとした食感が絶妙で、カレーのスープとよく絡みます。さらに鴨チャーシューの肉質はジューシーでありながらも豚肉よりあっさりとしているため、最後まで飽きずに楽しめたのが個人的に嬉しかったポイントです。うどんだけでなく、ご飯にスープをかけて食べる食べ方もおすすめですよ。 店内は木の温もりを感じる和のインテリアで統一されており、一人客からグループまで気軽に利用しやすいです。スタッフの接客もとても丁寧で、居心地の良さをさらに高めています。駐車場が5台分あり、イオンタウン浜松葵から徒歩約4分というアクセスの良さも便利です。 地元の名店として、種類豊富なうどんが揃うので何度も通う楽しみがあるのが魅力ですね。特にうどんのコシは、茹で時間はもちろんですが、小麦粉のタンパク質量や熟成時間も重要で、こちらではこだわりのレシピで作られていることが感じられます。少し変わり種のカレーうどんをお探しの方には絶対に試して欲しい一杯です。
