私がキャンドゥのメイクスポンジ（いわゆるパフ系）で「これ便利！」と思ったのは、水あり・水なし両用なのに、濡らしたときの仕上がりがかなり変わるところです。水を含ませるとスポンジがぷるぷるになって、リキッドやクッションの余分な量を吸いすぎず、薄付きで自然なツヤ肌っぽく見せやすい印象でした。 使い方のコツは、まずスポンジをしっかり濡らしてからギュッと絞ること。水が残りすぎるとムラになったり、ファンデがヨレやすいので「しっとりしてるけど滴らない」くらいがベストです。私は手を濡らしてスポンジを揉み込み、最後にタオルで軽く押さえて水分調整しています。 2面カットの良さも想像以上でした。広い面は頬や額など面積が広い部分をサッと均一にしやすく、細い面（小さい面）は小鼻のキワ・目の下・口角みたいな細かい凹凸にフィット。特に目の下は厚塗りになりやすいので、スポンジの角で軽くタッピングしていくと、薄く密着して崩れにくく感じました。 「使い捨てがいい？」と迷う人もいると思いますが、このタイプは基本的に繰り返し使う前提だと思います。私は毎回使い捨てにはせず、数回使ったら固形石鹸で洗ってしっかり乾かす派。もし衛生面が気になるなら、洗い替え用に複数個ストックしてローテすると安心です（乾き待ちのストレスも減ります）。 それから、アイシャドウを少しずつ重ねて乗せる小さなスポンジを探している人は、同じキャンドゥでも「チップ系」や小さめパフも一緒にチェックするのがおすすめ。まぶたのキワだけ狙って色を置きたいときは、指よりもスポンジの方がムラになりにくいことがあります。 最後のひと手間として、スポンジにセッティングスプレーを1プッシュしてからタッピングすると、メイクの持ちがさらに上がった感じがしました。プチプラでも工夫次第で仕上がりが変わるので、キャンドゥのメイクスポンジは試す価値ありです。
