In my own experience, missing summer meant more than just a change in weather; it felt like missing opportunities to connect with friends and family, to soak up sunlight, or to wear my favorite summer clothes. I realized how much those small experiences contribute to our well-being and happiness. If you find yourself missing summer, consider ways to bring that summer vibe into your daily life, regardless of the season. This could be by incorporating bright and vibrant decorations at home, planning a summer-themed gathering, or even exploring indoor activities that remind you of outdoor fun. Sunshine vitamin (Vitamin D) supplements or light therapy lamps can help during colder months. Reflecting on why summer is meaningful to us helps us appreciate it even more and motivates us to create joyful moments all year round. After all, the essence of summer is the warmth and happiness we carry in our hearts, not just the calendar season.
