Exercises targeting the deltoids and upper back promote a broader, more defined shoulder line. I also learned about the difference between broad and narrow shoulders in terms of body aesthetics—broad shoulders are often associated with strength and athleticism, while narrower shoulders are typical in different body types. Accepting your natural shoulder shape helps in choosing the right clothing and workout routines that complement your physique.
