1 whole white onion

5 Roman tomato’s or 2 large beefsteak tomato’s

4 large green bell peppers

Salt and pepper

Chicken bouillon

Butter

Start off heating your pan on med/high heat

Place half stick of butter

And sliced onions and beef strips In pan, add salt pepper and chicken bouillon.

when meat looks browned but still juicy add bell pepper and tomatoes and continue to cook, when bell pepper have changed to a pail green color and tomato’s look tender turn off and taste.
