私もこの時代の音楽は自分の青春そのもので、特に小室ファミリーのglobeやTRFの曲には今でも心が熱くなります。レンタルCDショップで働いていた経験があると、ヒットソングが次々と現れる異様な熱気や空気感をリアルに感じられました。例えば、「アホだな～」というglobeのフレーズは単なる歌詞以上の意味を持っていて、その時代の閉塞感や現実からの逃避を表現しているように思えます。 TRFのステージで歌詞を忘れてしまった瞬間もありましたが、むしろその「人間味」がファンの心に深く響いていました。東方神起のライブをプロデュースしているSAMさんのダンスパフォーマンスを久しぶりに見ることができたのも感動的でしたね。歌手たちの声や存在感は変わらず、まるで時間が止まったような一体感を感じました。 また、沖縄アクターズスクール出身のメンバーの成長を見るのも楽しいものでした。彼らの声は当時のまま美しく、変わらないものがあることの素晴らしさを実感します。 懐メロを聴くと、まさに「タイムマシーンに乗って過去に戻る」感覚を覚えます。若い人たちに伝えたいのは、今聴いている曲もきっと年を取ってから大切な宝物になるということ。多くのジャンル・アーティストの曲に触れて、自分だけの「懐かしい名曲」を増やしていくのがおすすめです。私自身、これからもこうした音楽イベントを通じて、かけがえのない思い出を共有していきたいと思っています。
