お花モチーフのバッグ作成は、自分だけのオリジナルアイテムを持てる喜びがあります。私も以前、かぎ編みでお花のモチーフを使ったバッグ作りに挑戦し、何度か試作を重ねました。 最初は、底の形がうまく整わず、内布の取り付けに戸惑うことが多かったです。特にお花モチーフの持ち手はかわいい反面、花びら部分が柔らかくなるので、補強が必要だと感じました。ツートンカラーに挑戦すると、色の組み合わせで作品の雰囲気が大きく変わるので、とても楽しいです。 私が工夫したポイントは、花びらの部分に接着芯を薄く貼って形をキープしたこと、そして底つなぎを丁寧に編んで丈夫に仕上げたことです。30cm以上の大きめバッグは使い勝手もよく、普段使いにもぴったりです。 編み物は少しずつコツをつかめば確実に上達します。失敗しても諦めずに繰り返すことで、自分だけの素敵なバッグを作り上げられます。これからも色々なモチーフや技法に挑戦して、手作りの楽しさを広げていきたいですね。ぜひ皆さんも挑戦してみてください ！
