"Praesette" is a step towards the educational and sports center of the East. The 31st "Praesette Academic" accommodates nine eastern provinces, with the host of local student sports, 2027.
Samut Prakan - Praksa District Municipality opened the press conference for the holding of the Eastern Academic Skills Competition. The 31st annual budget 2026 "Praksa Academic" in a grand manner. Among local government executives, teachers' faculties, educational personnel and the press from all over the region participated in a crowded manner, with a full announcement of their readiness to welcome a panel of contestants from 9 eastern provinces from July 23-26, 2026 under the concept of "Local make people, good youth, multi-intellectual stage."
The deputy mayor of Prasat Parish, Mrs Prasat, said that Prasat Parish Municipality is trusted by the Department for the Promotion of Local Government to host the 31st Eastern Academic Skills Competition, which is considered an important mission to promote the quality of local education. Prasat Parish Municipality integrates cooperation from all sectors, equipping competition venues, accommodation, traffic, security and facilitating the participants in their entirety, so that the competition is neat and impresses visitors from the East.
Samut Prakan, Vice President of Samut Prakan Provincial Administration, revealed that Samut Prakan Province is well equipped with venues, personnel and the potential to support large-scale regional activities under the goal of youth development as a quality human resource, and commends the Praksa District and all sectoral agencies for driving this event to become an important platform to promote the academic, creative and skills of the future of youth in the East.
While former Congressman Dr Yongyuth Suvarson, honorary adviser to the mayor of Prasad District, revealed at the event that the competition aims to enhance the quality of local government education and provide opportunities for youth to show their full potential by systematically distributing the playing field and providing a place to accommodate participants so that all sectors can get the most convenience and benefit in participating in the competition, which Prasad District is co-hosted by Samut Prakan Province.
Samut Prakan Provincial Local Chaim Nergthong said the competition was born out of the strong cooperation of local government organizations across the province and across the East, which is considered a model of collaborative integration to drive local education and develop quality youth to meet the needs of the country in the future.
On the side, Mr. Vana Charojit, the Prefect of Samut Prakan, confirmed the readiness of security, traffic management and neatness care throughout the competition to reassure participants from all provinces coming to Samut Prakan Province.
While the deputy mayor of Prasad District, Mrs Prasad, revealed in practical detail that the competition has 34 main competitions, expanding to 108 competitions covering learning, professional, cultural arts, innovation and technology groups, with over 64 local government organizations in the east sending student representatives and educational personnel to compete, and hosting a variety of special events and creative forums throughout the event.
Another key color of the press conference was a special performance from "Nong Butter," Nutthayan, the old school of Pit Yak, Phetchabun Province, the champion of the Ferris wheel for 2026, and "Nong Pin," Suthayabhan, the little full student of Praeset High School, the district of Praesak, leading the final six teams from the same stage, which convey inspiration to the youth through songs and experiences of commitment to success.
In addition to hosting this year's "Prasad Academic" in Samut Prakan and Prasad District, it is trusted to host the Thailand Local Government Student Games, the 41st Eastern Qualifying Round for the 2027 budget, scheduled for October 15-24, 2026. It is another important extravaganza that reinforces the potential of Prasad District and Samut Prakan Province to support large-scale regional events.
The honor of continuing to host educational and sports extravaganzas reflects the readiness of the Praksa District in all dimensions, management, infrastructure, cooperation from all sectors, and the vision for youth development, under the "Education Must Come First" policy, to become one of the educational and sports model areas of the East, which will result in the promotion of the youth development of Samut Prakan Province to become the center of the country's youth development in the future.
