私も薄型の生理用ナプキンを愛用していますが、付け方に少し工夫を加えるだけでかなり快適に過ごせます。例えば、ナプキンを正しく中心に合わせることが大切で、ズレないようにテープをしっかり貼ることで漏れを防げます。また、匂いが気になる方は私のようにバラの香りのサシェや香り付きシートを重ねて使うのがおすすめです。これはトイレでの交換時のムワッとした不快な匂いを和らげてくれます。 さらに、こまめにナプキンを交換することは衛生面でも重要です。私の場合は1時間に1回程度を目安に取り換えていますが、活動量や個人差に合わせて調整すると良いでしょう。また、外出時は必ず替えの下着やナプキン、タンポンを持ち歩くことで急なトラブルにも対応できます。夜用の40cmタイプを使うと就寝中も安心して眠れるので、日中との使い分けもおすすめです。 匂いの問題は一人一人感じ方が違いますが、私自身いくつかの香り付き商品を試して、バラの香りが一番リラックスできました。タンポンが苦手で使わない人も多いですが、自分に合った方法を見つけることが快適な生理期間の鍵 です。毎回の生理期間が少しでも楽になるよう、使用感を確かめながら自分に合ったナプキンを選んでください。
