Happy Cheat Day!

Fridays for the foreseeable future is going to be super busy work wise. I won’t get home until 9:30 and as much as I’d like to push myself to find a workout to do or start worrying about calories, I decided to make it my cheat day!

I used to have such bad feelings regarding ‘cheat days,’ it was so easy for me to overstep the boundaries I had for myself every other day. This also went for anything else that I deemed was in the category of ‘treat yourself!’

One of the great things about this time around is the constant reminder that this takes self discipline and I have to be accountable to myself.

We can wobble but we won’t give up!

I don’t need to earn food and I am not going to demonize certain foods because they’re ‘unhealthy’ or not ‘clean.’

I can have things in moderation, this is always something I have to remind myself.

Food is your friend! It fuels your body, it needs food!
