退去前の風呂掃除って、「どこまでやれば請求を避けられるの？」が一番の悩みでした。私も引っ越し前はバタバタで、全部ピカピカにするのは無理…。だからこそ“見られやすい・汚れが残ると目立つ場所”だけは優先してやるのがおすすめです。 まず意識したいのが「掃除の基本は上から」。天井→壁→床→排水口の順に進めると、せっかく落とした汚れやカビ胞子が下に落ちても最後に回収できて二度手間になりにくいです。天井はワイパーにウェットシート（カビ取り用）を付けて拭くと、脚立いらずでラクでした。 次に、退去チェックで目立つのが“水アカとウロコ”。水栓まわりやイスは白いザラつきが残ると一気に生活感が出るので、洗剤を付けてこすって、最後にしっかり洗い流すのが大事。鏡のウロコは専用洗剤でくるくる磨いて、曇りが取れると達成感あります。 床の黒ずみは、私の場合「50℃くらいのお湯300ml＋過炭酸ナトリウム30g＋中性の食器用洗剤30ml」を混ぜてよく泡立て、床全体に塗り広げてから洗っていく方法が効きました。ここで注意したいのが“まぜるな危険”。塩素系（カビ取り剤、泡ハイター等）と一緒に使うのはNGなので、同じ日にやるなら時間を分けて、しっかりすすいでから次の洗剤に移るのが安心です。 落ちきらない黒カビは、ジェルタイプを塗って数時間置いてから流すと、こすり過ぎずに済みました（ゴム手袋必須）。ただ、コーキングの奥まで染みた黒カビは「完全に新品みたいに」は難しいこともあるので、できる範囲で“広がりを止める”意識で。 排水口は触りたくないので、私は泡ハイターか発泡タイプで“こすらずピカピカ”を狙いました。粉を入れてぬるま湯（200mlくらい）を注ぐとモコモコ泡が出るタイプは、放置できて引っ越し準備中に助かります。 最後に、「防カビくん煙剤って意味ない？」が気になる人へ。私は“掃除の代わり”にはならないと感じました。カビや水アカが残ったままだと、煙だけで一発解決は難しいです。でも、天井や換気扇まわりを掃除してから使うと、カビ予防のサポートとしてはアリ。退去前は「落とす掃除」を優先して、余裕があれば仕上げに使うくらいが現実的でした。
