Democratic Rebuttals = Militarize Speech
On October 31, 2016 WikiLeaks revealed via released emails that Donna Brazile shared two debate questions with Hillary Clinton’s campaign prior to a town hall debate. The emails revealed questions concerning the Flint water crisis and the death penalty. Ms. Brazile resigned from CNN as a news contributor the very next day. So we know that she is a cheater. Following her resignation in May of 2021 from Fox News as an analyst, I began to question her political usefulness to the Democratic party. Donna Brazile and Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) haved accused the President of the United States of America, Donald J. Trump, and our Supreme Court of leading the country back into an era of "Jim Crowism." In a 6-3 majority ruling, the Supreme Court in Louisiana vs. Callais, significantly weekened Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, moving the standard to require proof of intentional racial discrimination in redistricting rather than just discriminatory effects. The ruling makes it harder to challenge voting maps that dilute minority voting power. The case involved a second majority-Black district, which the Court struck down, restricting how challengers can redraw remedial districts. Writing for the majority, Justice Samuel Alito remarked that challengers must show maps were "intentionally" drawn to disadvantage a racial group. This is a higher burden than previously required. Justice Elena Kagan argued in her dissent that the Court "overturned decades of precedents and Congress's intent to rectify racial disparities in voting."The majority's ruling merely requires that proof of discriminatory intent must be factored congruently with discriminatory results. Donna Brazile (b.12/15/59) is committed to the identity franchises and radical leftists, who are part and partial of the Democratic party. As a political strategist, analyst, two-time Chair of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), news contributor and the first African American woman to direct a major presidential campaign (acting campaign manager for Al Gore in 2000),and a veteran of several presidential campaigns, Ms. Brazile knows her way around politics and Washington. She is a master at framing language in a manner that transmutes logic and numbs news consumers' abilities to make rational political decisions. What Donna Brazile does to deflect the Democrat's policy failures and reimagine peril with MAGA signatures, is more like witchcraft. Ms. Brazile and the Democratic party leadership in Congress should be ashamed of themselves for accusing this administration of racial gerrymandering for political gain. It was Founding Father and signer of the Declaration of Independence Elbridge Gerry (July 17, 1744-November 23, 1844) who patented the notion of political codification by partisan redistricting. In 1812 Governor Gerry was handily defeated by Caleb Strong as Governor of Massachusettes. Although he was elected as Vice President, under James Madison later that year, as Massachusettes governor, he approved a partisan district plan that resembled a salamander. His legacy as a politician is coined in the phrase "gerrymandering." Throughout the presidential terms of Clinton, Obama and Biden, Democrats have sought to eliminate voting ID requirements that prevent their illegal constituency base from abusing our electoral processes. Every Democratic Governor in the United States has sought to circumvent voting laws and misapply Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. It is patently unfair for Ms. Brazile to "word-signal" and weaponize her position as an analyst. To suggest that the president and Supreme Court are allied to reintroduce segregation into America society is just plain stupid. When Governors Newsome (D-CA) and Pritzker (D-Ill) became offensive with their redistricting tactics, I knew that the Supreme Court would weigh in on this controversy, and that we would have the resulting outcome.🇺🇲Kirk KaPeace Gillums-El aka The Black Trumper 🇺🇲 🦅
