A campsite where you can enjoy playing in the river🏕️
Located in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture, it is a campsite with the No. 1 repeat rate of my home.
It is on the way to Shirabiso Plateau, and there are only mountains and rivers around, so at night you can see the starry sky of Manten! From shooting stars to the Milky Way 🌌
There is a very kind and friendly manager, and the hall is quite beautifully maintained.
The site is a lawn, one section is 10 × 10, and you can use it for + 500 yen with all site power supplies.
The site is about 4 to 8 steps, and there is a hand washing place at the back of each step, which is convenient.
The toilet and kitchen are also well cleaned, and it is always really ✨ There is also a refrigerator in the kitchen and management building, and you can use it freely. I really appreciate this in the summer!
The management building is open 24 hours a day, and you can use the toilet, refrigerator, etc. at any time. Washing machine and shower room are also equipped, so consecutive nights are comfortable.
There is a river flowing nearby, and in the summer to the natural pool and the slider. Adults can enjoy it with all their might!
There are shallow and safe places, so it is safe to play with small children.
Even in the season when it is not possible to enter the river, children would pick up stones and driftwood on the riverside and forget the time.

「大島河原河川公園オートキャンプ場」は、“川遊び目的で失敗したくない”人にすごく向いていると感じました。実際に行ってみると、川がサイトのすぐ近くにあって移動がラク。ちょっと遊んで汗をかいたらテントに戻って休憩…ができるので、子連れでも回しやすかったです。 川の雰囲気は、岩が多くて水が澄んでいるタイプ。場所によって浅いところ・流れがあるところが分かれていて、遊び方を選べます。うちはまず大人が川を歩いて「足が届く深さか」「流れが強くないか」「滑りやすい苔がないか」をチェックしてから入るようにしています。マリンシューズ（または踵が固定できる水遊び用サンダル）があると、石の上でも安心感が全然違いました。浮き輪よりも、子どもはライフジャケットのほうが動きやすそうです。 設備面は“高規格寄り”で、炊事場がステンレスで使いやすく、洗い物のストレスが少なめ。トイレも温水洗浄便座で清潔感があり、家族のハードルが下がりました。管理棟が24時間開いていて、冷蔵庫を使えるのは夏に本当に助かります（飲み物や食材、保冷剤の一時避難に便利）。シャワー室や洗濯機があるので、川遊びで服が増えても連泊しやすいと思いました。 サイトは芝生で区画がしっかりしている印象。10×10あると、ファミリーテント＋タープでも配置に余裕が出やすいです。電源を使うなら、延長コード（10〜20m）を持っていくと設営後に困りにくいです。 川に入れない季節でも、河原で流木や石を拾って遊べるので、子どもは意外と飽きませんでした。自然素材で“宝探し”みたいにすると時間が溶けます。 アクセスは飯田ICから約60分。山道区間もあるので、到着は明るいうちがおすすめ。夜は星がすごく綺麗なので、防寒用に薄手の羽織りを1枚入れておくと快適でした。
