(1/26-2/2) Berberine update: 4 weeks

While with on my 4th week my health has improved significantly. although my dietary plans have been the same but with some minor improvements. I would say since changing my plan has been really well effective I have lost a few pounds but not much yet. However my blood sugar seems to be well maintained and manageable.
