つくば市にある『COFFEE HOUSE とむとむ』は、私も訪れて特に印象に残ったカフェのひとつです。ログハウス風の木の温もりあふれる店舗は、天井が高く開放感があり、とてもリラックスできる空間でした。朝7時から営業しているので、早起きして静かな時間に訪れるのがおすすめです。 この店の魅力は、何といっても自家焙煎のサイフォン珈琲。たっぷり2杯分も楽しめて、丁寧に淹れられた香り高い珈琲は目覚めにぴったりです。私がいただいたモーニングセットでは、サクッとしっとりの自家焼きクロワッサンが特に美味しく、珈琲との相性も抜群でした。また、フレンチモーニングメニューにはトーストやイングリッシュモーニング、ワッフルプレートなど選べる楽しさもあり、朝から贅沢な時間を過ごせます。 加えて、カナダ杉の丸太を使った独特のドーム型ログハウス建築は、自然のぬくもりに包まれながら過ごすゆったりモーニングに最高の雰囲気を醸し出しています。平日でも地元の常連さんたちや観光客で賑わっているので、訪れる際は早めの時間帯がおすすめです。 店内は落ち着いた空間で、忙しい朝から少し離れてゆっくりとコーヒーと軽食を楽しめるため、私自身も何度も足を運んでいます。木の温もりと珈琲の香りに包まれて、心地よいひとときを過ごせるこの場所は、つくばで朝活やカフェ巡りを楽しみたい方にぜひ体験してほしいです。
