IM SO SORRY MINISTAYS
I AM SO SO SORRY I HAVE BEEN INACTIVE
You lovelies deserve an explanation, so here it is:
I've been mentally unstable. In other words, I have barely been able to function without immediately shutting down or breaking down in tears.
BUT I have decided that starting on Friday, I'm going to try my best to provide the entertainment I used to, though I may not be as active as I used to be, I still need to apologize to all my ministays who have requested multiple edits and asked questions and I just never responded, so I am so sorry about that. And that goes to my closest friends on here as well, I pray you can forgive me.
Taking a break due to mental health issues is incredibly challenging, especially when you have a dedicated community eagerly awaiting your content. From personal experience, I’ve found that being transparent about my struggles not only helped me feel less isolated but also strengthened the bonds with my followers. It’s important to remember that mental instability can manifest in ways that make even daily functioning difficult, and giving yourself grace during these times is vital. When returning, I realized that setting realistic expectations helped me balance content creation without overwhelming myself. Communicating clearly with your audience about your availability and limitations fosters understanding and patience. Engaging with followers, even in small ways like acknowledging their messages or sharing brief updates, maintains connection and shows you value their support. Additionally, incorporating self-care routines and professional support can aid in regaining stability. For anyone in a similar position, don’t hesitate to seek help and allow yourself the space to heal. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and prioritizing it can ultimately enhance your creativity and productivity. The journey back to regular activity doesn’t have to be perfect; incremental progress is still progress. Being honest, apologizing when needed, and expressing gratitude for the community’s patience can make a significant difference in rebuilding the relationship and maintaining a loyal base. Remember, your well-being is the foundation that enables you to share joy and entertainment with others.
