Collagen Boosting Soup

I’ve recently been on a collagen boosting kick. This soup is filled with tons of antioxidants and collagen boosting ingredients. I will try this for a month and come back with my results. 🤗

Ingredients:

2-3 snow fungus (let it soak in water for 20min)

5 jujube (let it soak in water for 20 min, afterwards remove the seed from each jujube)

1-2 tbsp of goji berries

1 tbsp of dried longan

A little bit of peach gum (let it soak in water for 1-2 days)

Instructions:

1. Once everything has been soaked in water add to pot and let it simmer for 1 hr on low heat

2. After an hour you’re done

Tips:

1. Make sure to let everything soak, especially the peach gum. If not, the peach gum will absorb the liquid from the soup.

2. Make sure to add enough water since it will be simmering for an hour, I didn’t add enough and there wasn’t enough soup.
