12月限定のスフレチョコレートケーキは、まさに冬のご褒美スイーツとしておすすめです。私も実際にキッチンアイランドの店舗で購入して食べてみましたが、最初のひと口からその柔らかく軽やかな口当たりに驚きました。 ガトーショコラに似ていますが、それよりも空気感があって重くなく、柑橘系リキュールのほどよい香りが口の中でふわっと広がり、とても爽やかな後味が印象的です。生クリームのトッピングもコクをプラスしてくれて、バランスが絶妙でした。 店頭で冷蔵庫から出してすぐの状態では少しし っかり固めなので、私の場合は購入後に常温に10分ほど置いてからいただきました。そうすると一層ふんわり感が増して、本来の味わいをより楽しめます。 6号サイズのホールケーキを8等分した1カット売りで、600円という手頃な価格も嬉しいポイントです。自宅でのお茶請けや、ちょっとしたお祝いや集まりの際にも使いやすいサイズ感です。 三郷のこの店舗は残り数ヶ月の営業とのことですが、ぜひこの機会に訪れて、この限定ケーキを味わってみてください。駐車場もあり、小さなイートインスペースも完備されているので、気軽に立ち寄れるのも魅力の一つです。 冬の寒い日には、おうちでこのスフレチョコレートケーキを温かい紅茶やコーヒーと一緒に楽しむのがおすすめです。冬限定の甘くてふわっとしたスイーツは、頑張った自分へのご褒美にぴったりです。ぜひ12月のおやつに取り入れてみてはいかがでしょうか。
