最近「キッチンカーのスケジュールを事前に知りたい」という声が多いので、私が出店情報を見つけやすくするためにやっている方法をまとめます。イベントって天候や時間変更もあるので、“当日迷わない”がいちばん大事でした。 ■キッチンカーの出店スケジュールを追いかけるコツ ・まずは「公式SNS（Instagram/X）」をチェック：投稿だけじゃなく、ストーリーズに当日の変更が出ることが多いです。 ・イベント名＋会場名で検索：例）「夢の島公園 キッチンカー」「お台場 イベント キッチンカー」。会場公式サイトや主催者ページに出店一覧が載ることがあります。 ・“時間”まで確認：同じ日に昼/夜の2部制イベントもあるので、営業時間（例：17:00〜21:00）をメモしておくと安心。 ・雨・強風の判断基準を自分の中で決める：私は「雨雲レーダー」「体感温度」を見て、服装（カイロ/手袋）と並ぶ時間を調整します。夜イベントは特に冷えます。 ■雨の日イベントでの注意点（お客さん側） ・足元：公園はぬかるむこともあるので、歩きやすい靴が正解。 ・傘よりレインコート：並ぶときに手が塞がらないのが楽でした。 ・受け取り後すぐ食べる/温かいうちに移動：寒い日は冷めるのが早いので、食べる場所を先に決めておくとスムーズ。 ■「バケツ稲」の注意点も聞かれるので（やってみた感想） 記事内容とは別テーマですが、検索で一緒に出てくるので一応。バケツ稲は手軽だけど、失敗しやすいポイントがいくつかありました。 ・水の管理：常にヒタヒタにしすぎると根が弱りやすいので、“乾かしすぎない程度”に調整。 ・日当たり：日照が足りないと実入りが悪くなりがち。ベランダでもできるだけ日が長く当たる場所へ。 ・倒伏対策：穂が出ると重みで倒れやすいので支柱があると安心。 ・虫：気づくと葉が傷むので、こまめに葉の裏チェック。 こんな感じで、出店スケジュールは「公式の最新情報＋当日の天候チェック」でだいぶ失敗が減りました。次の出店が決まったら、日時・場所・メニュー・支払い方法・駐車場の有無までセットでまとめると、来てくださる方も予定が立てやすいと思います。
