・ 1 strawberry

1. Heat the butter in a 600W range for 10 seconds and melt (enough to fit a spatula)
2. Mix the butter until creamy
3. Add cane sugar and mix
4. Add egg yolk and mix
5. Add cake flour and mix
6. When it comes together, divide it into two
7. Roll and stretch
8. Cover with plastic wrap and take a handprint
9. Make a round shape with a bowl etc.
10. Paint the chocolate pen in hot water
11. Heat strawberries in a 600W range for 10-20 seconds to make a paste and apply
12. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 ℃ for about 10 minutes
★ Look at the degree of baking and adjust the heating time!

手形クッキーは、赤ちゃんの成長記録としても特別な思い出になります。実際に作るときには、赤ちゃんが手をぎゅっと握ってしまうことも多いので、反対の手にお気に入りのおもちゃを持たせて気をそらしながら手形を取るのがおすすめです。また、手形をきれいに取るために、ラップでクッキー生地を挟んでから押すと潰れにくくて安全です。 オーブンの焼き時間はご家庭のオーブンによって多少調節が必要ですが、170℃で約10分が目安です。焼き上がりはしっとりめで、チョコペンでのデコレーションやいちごのペーストで可愛く仕上げられ、みんなで食べるのが楽しみになりますよ。 赤ちゃんがまだ食べられなくても、記念に一緒に作る時間がかけがえのない宝物に。私も初めて手形クッキーを作ったときの感動は今でも忘れられません。ぜひ何度でも挑戦して親子の素敵な思い出を作ってくださいね。
