I think I've seen bubble waffles before, but it's my first time eating them.
The first floor of a three-story building that is worrisome from the appearance is an order and kitchen, and the second and third floors are eat-in spaces. It has a chic atmosphere, and this is Hong Kong!! I'm excited. (I should have been to Hong Kong, but beyond my memory) The inside of the store seems to be insanely comfortable, but it is convenient to take out.
When you order Bubble Waffle, the shop will bake it in front of you. It smells really sweet. When I ate it, it was nostalgic sweetness like all the baby castella of the festival were united. It is also good to feel lighter than it looks. The drink was cafe latte, which was easy to drink and delicious, but Hong Kong style tea seems to be on sale, so I would like to drink it next time.
A nice shop where you can taste the exotic feeling in Japan. Add to favorites.

「香港式ワッフル」って名前は聞いたことがあっても、実際どんな食べ物？と気になる人も多いと思います。私もまさにそのタイプで、Victoria1842で初めてバブルワッフルを食べて「これが香港式…！」とテンションが上がりました。 香港式ワッフル（バブルワッフル）の特徴は、丸い“ぷくぷく”した形。いわゆる薄いワッフルというより、生地の香りと甘さをしっかり感じるおやつで、焼きたてだと外側がカリッとしていて、中はふわっと軽め。見た目より重くなくて、テイクアウトしやすいのが個人的にうれしいポイントでした。お祭りのベビーカステラっぽい懐かしい甘さ、という表現がしっくり来ます。 Victoria1842は、3階建ての建物がまず目を引きます。1階で注文＆キッチン、2〜3階がイートイン。写真映えするだけじゃなく、木目調で落ち着いたシックな空気感で「日本にいながら香港気分」を作ってくれるのが好きでした。壁のアートやポスターも香港感があって、時間があるならイートインでゆっくりするのも良さそう。 メニュー的には、バブルワッフル（プレーン・チョコ・チーズなど）に加えて、香港フレンチトーストがあるのも気になりました。ドリンクはコーヒー系もありますが、せっかくなら香港式ドリンクを合わせるのがおすすめ。店内に香港ミルクティーや鴛鴦茶（コーヒー×紅茶のミックス）の案内が出ていて、次は絶対それにしようと思いました。甘いワッフルには、ミルクティーの濃い茶葉感が合いそうです。 初めて行く人向けの小さなコツとしては、焼きたてを受け取ったら、食べ歩きするより少し落ち着ける場所で早めに食べるのがベスト。時間が経つと香りやカリッと感が落ち着いてくるので、できれば“できたて”を楽しんでみてください。神楽坂散歩のお供に、香港式ワッフルを一度試してみる価値ありです。
