Had a stall then went up, and I’m sure if I got any actual sleep I could have been down more! Stupid work! But such is life! I did do my first walk after months of not, I noticed my legs aren’t as defined as they usually are (they still have some definition, but they’re getting a little soupy so it’s time to fix that!)
