BANANA BREAD RECIPE (easy!) 🍌🍞
I made this today, and the muffins came out tasty and super good! I did add chocolate chips into the mix in the end. No measurement just based on my mood haha! I’m trying to learn more baking and food recipes in 2024. What should I make next?!
Recipe:
1 banana
1 stick of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1 egg mixed with milk = 1 cup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
MIX
I added some chocolate chips (mini ones)
last but not least
Baked at 350 for 25-30 minutes!
(P.S this batch also makes banana bread, but I used it for muffins instead. If you want a banana bread version, make sure to bake it for 50-60 mins!)
First time posting on this app. Be kind!

Banana bread is a beloved treat that brings comfort and joy, and making it into muffins is both practical and delicious. To achieve the best flavor and texture, use ripe bananas, as they will provide natural sweetness and moisture. When mixing your ingredients, it’s important not to over-mix; a few lumps in the batter are perfectly fine and result in tender muffins. Experimenting with add-ins can elevate your banana muffins to new heights. Apart from chocolate chips, consider incorporating nuts, dried fruits, or a sprinkle of cinnamon. If you're aiming for a healthier version, try substituting part of the sugar with honey or maple syrup, or using whole grain flour for added fiber. For those looking to store or freeze the muffins, they can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature for a few days, or in the freezer for up to three months. Simply thaw at room temperature or warm them in the oven for a fresh-out-of-the-oven experience. Whether for breakfast, a snack, or dessert, these banana bread muffins are sure to be a hit! Lastly, don’t forget to personalize your baking by sharing it on social media with friends under popular tags like #BananaBread or #MuffinRecipes, creating a community of fellow bakers who inspire and motivate you on your culinary journey!
