I often include chia seeds or flaxseeds for an extra dose of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Sometimes, I add a drizzle of honey or a spoonful of nut butter to enhance the flavor and add healthy fats. When I prepare breakfast bowls regularly, I notice my energy levels improve, and I feel more satisfied compared to just having a quick, plain breakfast.
