私が「薬味おろし 100均」で探していて決め手になったのは、“保存までできるか”でした。ダイソーの保存できる薬味おろしは、すりおろし器（おろし板）・フタ・容器のセットなので、調理中に生姜やにんにくをおろして、そのままフタをして冷蔵庫に入れられるのが本当に便利です。薬味保存パックを別で用意しなくていいのが地味に助かります。 使い分けのコツは、粗目/細目を料理で変えること。例えば、生姜焼きや唐揚げの下味には細目のほうがなじみやすく、鍋の薬味や冷奴にのせるなら粗目で食感を残すのが好きでした。「鬼おろし ダイソー」みたいな超粗い仕上がりとは違いますが、1つで寄せる・細かくするの両方ができるのはコスパ高いです。 保存する時の私のやり方もメモしておきます。まず冷蔵なら、すりおろした生姜を容器に残したままフタ。パッキンがないので完全密閉ではない分、気になる時は上からラップを一枚だけかけてからフタをしています。逆に「食べるまでちょい置き」なら、ラップ代わりにフタだけでも十分でした。 冷凍する時は、使う量が少ない人ほどおすすめ。すりおろした生姜を薄く広げて凍らせると、あとでパキッと折って使いやすいです（私は容器の中で平らにのばしてから冷凍しています）。解凍は自然解凍でもいけますが、汁が出やすいので、味噌汁や生姜スープ、炒め物など“加熱する料理”にそのまま入れることが多いです。 洗い方のポイントは、繊維が残りやすい大根や生姜をおろした後、乾く前にサッと水で流すこと。目が詰まりにくい作りなので、スポンジでゴシゴシしなくても落ちやすかったです。 「ダイソー おろし金」や「100均 おろし器 ダイソー」で迷っているなら、作りたての香りを残したまま保存できるこのタイプはかなり当たりだと思います。セリアの薬味おろしと比べたい人も、まずは“保存できるか・粗目/細目があるか”で選ぶと失敗しにくいです。
