「やすまるだし、ダイソーにあるって本当？」と思って探してみたら、私も店頭で見つけました。パッケージに大きく“泰”の文字と「やすまる」のロゴ、そして国産原料（いわし・かつお・さば・しいたけ・こんぶ）がしっかり書かれていて、100均でこの情報量はちょっと安心感あります。ティーパックタイプで4包入りなので、「味が好みかどうか分からないけど試したい」派にも向いているなと感じました。 使い方は基本的に一般的なだしパックと同じで、お湯に入れて煮出すだけ。裏面にだしの取り方が載っていて迷いにくいのもよかったです。私はまず、味見も兼ねてお味噌汁に使ってみたんですが、いわし系の旨みがふわっと出て、いつもの具（わかめや豆腐）でも「ちゃんとだしを取った感」が出やすい印象でした。忙しい日に顆粒だしに戻りがちなので、これくらい手軽だと続けやすいです。 あと、地味に便利だと思ったのがQRコード。レシピが色々紹介されていて、「うどん・炊き込みご飯・煮物」みたいな定番だけじゃなく、アレンジも探しやすいです。買ったはいいけど使い道が固定化しがちな人は、QRのレシピを先に見ておくと消費ペースが上がります。 そして一番「へぇ！」となったのが、だしを取った後のパックの中身を“ふりかけみたいに”使える点。パックを破って調味料として使えると書かれていて、捨てずに活用できるのは嬉しいポイントです。私は試しに、だしを取った後の中身を少し取り分けて、醤油を数滴＋白ごまを混ぜてご飯にのせたら、素朴だけどちゃんと美味しい一品になりました。塩気は自分で足せるので、しょっぱくなりすぎないのも良かったです。 「やすまるだし ダイソー」で探している方は、調味料コーナーを中心にチェックしてみてください。見つけたらまずはお味噌汁やうどんから試すと、風味のイメージがつかみやすいと思います。
