Hmmm, I must have missed the "condensing" part. This is just literally hot milk with sugar dissolved in it. It needs to be reduced/cooked down, doesn't it?

I like to just purchase a can of condensed milk and turn it into the BEST Caramel in a crockpot over night. Put the cab into your crockpot and fill up with water until it’s just above the can cover and set it at low for approximately 8hrs.
