I use to think I could not be a fitness person
Always seemed too hard, I was too tired. I was in pain alot. I was always wanting to eat away my feelings of boredom or stress.
I did it though. I busted through my walls and now I'm feeling so much better ❣️. I'm so glad to have found my consistency!!
This is going to be my Social Media Health Journey Account. Hopefully if I make it social I'll be more consistent 🤣
Many people struggle with the idea of incorporating fitness into their lives, often feeling overwhelmed by the effort required and the emotional barriers that arise. Common excuses include feeling too tired, experiencing pain, or using food as a coping mechanism for stress and boredom. However, overcoming these challenges is possible. To embark on a successful fitness journey, start by setting realistic goals and gradually incorporating physical activity into your routine. Rather than focusing on perfection, aim for consistency, which is key to long-term success. Joining a community, whether online or offline, can provide motivation and support, making the journey less daunting. Consider documenting your progress on social media. Sharing your experiences can keep you accountable and foster connections with others going through similar challenges. Remember that fitness is not just a physical endeavor; it's a journey of mental resilience and self-discovery. Embrace the process, celebrate small victories, and most importantly, be kind to yourself as you navigate through your fitness journey.
