จากประสบการณ์การทำงานจริง ผมพบว่าเครื่องมือ AI อย่าง Claude AI เมื่อจับคู่กับ Figma MCP สามารถยกระดับงาน UX/UI ได้อย่างชัดเจน ช่วยประหยัดเวลาการตรวจสอบความสม่ำเสมอของคอมโพเนนต์ และลดความผิดพลาดที่เกิดจากการทำงานด้วยมือครั้งละหลายๆ ครั้ง โดยเฉพาะเมื่อทำงานกับ Component Set ที่มีตัวแปรหลาย states เช่นปุ่ม Button ที่แบ่งเป็นสองแถว Accent และ Primary ซึ่งการที่ Claude AI ช่วยวิเคราะห์และแจ้งเตือนข้อผิดพลาดเรื่อง spacing หรือ typography ทำให้งานออกแบบดูเป็นมืออาชีพมากขึ้น ประหยัดเวลาตรวจสอบหลายชั่วโมงได้เลย แต่สิ่งสำคัญที่ผมเรียนรู้จากการใช้ AI คือ “พื้นฐานความเข้าใจ UX/UI Process และ Design System ต้องแน่น” ก่อนลงมือใช้เครื่องมือ เพราะ AI แม้จะช่วยทำงานให้เร็วขึ้น แต่ถ้าเราเข้าใจผิด หรือจัดวางโครงสร้าง Component ผิด AI ก็อาจแนะนำหรือเร่งการทำงานผิดจุดได้ง่ายๆ ผมแนะนำว่า นักออกแบบควรเริ่มจากการจัดการ Design Token และการตั้งค่า Component Set ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน เช่น การกำหนดสี Accent, Primary และสถานะต่างๆ ที่ชัดเจนก่อนใช้งาน AI จากนั้นใช้ AI มาช่วยตรวจสอบความสม่ำเสมอและสร้างเอกสาร specification ที่ครบถ้วน เช่น guideline และ handoff note เพื่อให้ทีมพัฒนาทำงานได้ตรงจุดมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การตั้ง workflow การทำงานร่วมกันโดยใช้ Figma MCP กับ AI ควรเป็นกระบวนการที่ทุกคนในทีมเข้าใจและยอมรับ เพื่อให้การแก้ไขซ้ำซ้อนลดลง และเน้นการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ลองตั้งคำถามกับตัวเองว่า workflow ของทีมเราเหมาะสมกับ AI หรือยัง? มี use case ไหนบ้างที่ AI ช่วยลดภาระสุดๆ? และอย่าลืมมาแชร์เคล็ดลับดีๆ เพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนออกแบบ UX/UI ด้วยกันครับ
