ในประสบการณ์ของการนำ AI มาใช้ในการออกแบบหน้า UI ผ่าน Figma ผมพบว่าปัญหาหลัก ๆ ที่มักเจอคือ AI ยังไม่สามารถเข้าใจรายละเอียดของ UX Flow ที่ซับซ้อนได้อย่างครบถ้วน จึงทำให้การพัฒนา UI มีความไม่สอดคล้องกันระหว่างหน้าเว็บแต่ละหน้า ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่ท้าทายมากเมื่อทีมต้องทำงานร่วมกันเป็นจำนวนคนมาก การมี Design System ที่ชัดเจนและใช้ร่วมกัน จึงเป็นหัวใจสำคัญในการทำให้การออกแบบ UI มีความต่อเนื่องและแก้ไขได้ง่ายในระยะยาว เวิร์กชอปนี้ช่วยสอนเทคนิคการสร้างและจัดการ Design Token รวมถึง Components ต่าง ๆ ใน Figma เพื่อให้ทีมสามารถปรับใช้งาน AI ให้เข้าใจ workflow ของทีมได้ดีขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังได้เรียนรู้การออกแบบ UI ให้รองรับการแสดงผลแบบ Responsive เพื่อให้ใช้งานได้บนหลากหลายอุปกรณ์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อีกหนึ่งสิ่งที่น่าสนใจคือการสร้าง Custom Skill ให้ AI เรียนรู้แนวทางการทำงานเฉพาะของทีม ซึ่งช่วยลดปัญหา AI สร้างงานที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับรูปแบบที่องค์กรใช้อยู่ก่อนหน้า และยังช่วยประหยัดเวลาในกระบวนการออกแบบอย่างมาก ผมเคยประยุกต์ใช้เทคนิคเหล่านี้ในโปรเจกต์จริง พบว่าทีมงานสามารถทำงานร่วมกับ AI ได้อย่างราบรื่นขึ้นมาก งานออกแบบ UI มีความสวยงามและสอดคล้องกันมากขึ้น อีกทั้งยังส่งต่อให้นักพัฒนา (Dev) ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ปัญหา UI เพี้ยนหรือ Flow ที่ซับซ้อนลดน้อยลงอย่างเห็นได้ชัด สุดท้ายแล้วการใช้ AI ร่วมกับ Figma และ Design System ไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องเทคนิคเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นการปรับพฤติกรรมและกระบวนการทำงานในทีมให้สอดคล้องและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ใครที่สนใจอยากเพิ่มศักยภาพทีม UX/UI ควรพิจารณาเวิร์กชอปในลักษณะนี้เป็นทางเลือกที่จะช่วยพัฒนาเครื่องมือและทักษะทีมได้จริง
