Day 2/365 cooking at home

Today’s menu = bbq chicken thighs baked in the oven along with honey roasted diced carrots and potatoes and sweet corn on the side.

Season chicken to your preference, I baked my thighs at 400° for 1 hour ( thighs do cook fast) , flipped every 15 mins so it cooks evenly the last 15 mins I threw on some bbq sauce on both sides.
