If they only had a penny for every prayer I’ve ever prayed for them they’d be millionaires.
Pray for our teens. The world is not kind to them
Having experienced firsthand the challenges that teenagers face today, I can truly relate to the sentiment that if every prayer for our teens converted into pennies, we'd all be millionaires. Teens encounter pressures from social media, academic expectations, and evolving social dynamics that can feel overwhelming. In my personal journey, I've found that consistent support and open communication are vital. Encouraging teens to share their thoughts and feelings without judgment helps them navigate their struggles more effectively. Prayer, for many, offers comfort and a sense of hope amidst uncertainty. Beyond prayer, practical steps such as mentoring, providing safe spaces, and advocating for mental health awareness can make a significant difference. It's important to recognize the courage it takes for teens to express vulnerability and to respond with empathy. The world may not always be kind to our young ones, but through collective effort—spiritual support, community engagement, and genuine care—we can help them build resilience and thrive despite adversity. Supporting teens is not just about protecting them from harm but empowering them to become confident, compassionate adults.
